EVV Coordinator (Electronic Visit Verification)
Location: Onsite, El Segundo
Reports To: Compliance Officer
Salary Range: $20-$24/hour

Position Overview: The EVV Coordinator ensures the smooth implementation, compliance, and daily operation of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system in line with state and federal regulations. This role supports direct care staff, monitors data integrity, and works closely with leadership, compliance and HR to ensure accurate timekeeping and service verification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily EVV entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide support and training to staff on EVV usage (e.g., app navigation, troubleshooting).
  • Audit and correct visit logs, flagging discrepancies and reporting concerns to leadership.
  • Coordinate with HR and compliance to ensure timesheet data syncs correctly.
  • Track and report EVV compliance KPIs and submit required reports.
  • Stay updated on relevant state mandates (Title 17, 22, Lanterman Act, and Medicaid EVV rules).
  • Liaise with the EVV software provider (e.g., MITC) for updates, technical issues, or customization needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience with EVV platforms (MITC preferred) and troubleshooting
  • 1+ year(s) experience in healthcare or social services setting and California regulations (Lanterman Act, Title 17/22).
  • 1+ year(s) experience with Google Suite
